By completing the registration form and checking the agreement box, you affirm that you are either (a) the legal parent or guardian of the child(ren) being registered or (b) the adult participant registering yourself. You give full consent for participation in all mentorship sessions, workshops, and virtual activities provided through this program. These may include individual and group mentorship, career exploration, personal development, skill-building, and interactive discussions.
Please note that some Zoom sessions may be recorded for educational and accountability purposes. This includes both video and audio. Recordings may be used for mentor training, internal review, safety assurance, and program improvement. They will never be shared publicly without additional written consent. By registering, you acknowledge and agree that your (or your child’s) voice and/or image may appear in recordings for these limited, secure purposes.
Mr. Cascio’s Mentorship Academy is not a licensed mental health, therapeutic, or academic institution. It is a private educational mentorship program grounded in personal development, life skills, spiritual growth, and professional readiness. While we may address emotional, academic, or personal topics, this program is not a substitute for therapy or formal education.
All information submitted during registration — including names, emails, and participant details — is stored securely and used solely for program purposes such as communication, session planning, payment processing, and safety. Your information is never sold or shared with third parties. We are committed to respecting and protecting your privacy.
We understand that schedules can shift and unexpected situations may arise. However, due to the nature of our mentorship program — including limited availability, personalized preparation, and dedicated mentor time — all registrations are considered final. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Each seat in the program represents a commitment of time, care, and resources. Once registration is submitted, your place is secured and the program is structured around your participation. We appreciate your understanding and encourage families or individuals to register only when confident in their availability and commitment to the program.
In the event of a dispute, concern, or legal situation involving a student, parent, adult participant, or third party, any recordings collected with proper notice and consent may be used in a legal defense to protect the integrity of the mentorship program, its founder, or participants. Because this program operates in the State of Florida — a two-party consent state — we have made you aware in advance and obtained your agreement at the time of registration.
